How do I pay for the service and products?
We will put your Compost Diaper Service account on auto charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Anytime you purchase products, whether it is your standing order or a one-time order, we will charge the card we have on file for you. If you order products at our online boutique, you will be asked to make the payment when you checkout and this will override the auto charge setting.
Explain the charge for Compost Diaper Service
The charge for Compost Diaper Service is built into the price of compostable diapers with the purchase of 4 (or more) boxes every 4-week period. The price covers the delivery of the compost products, the pick-up of soiled compost products, the delivery to the compost facility and the composting fees. There are no additional service fees or hidden costs.
What if I will be out of town or don’t need a pick up?
Please let us know if you do not need our driver to stop at your house for a pick up. You can do this by either using the Diaper Service Changes online form or contacting us by telephone. Your timely communication will save time and resources. Please communicate a minimum of 3 working days prior to your delivery day, if you do not need a pick up of soiled diapers.

Can I receive diapers before my baby is born so I will feel better prepared?
Absolutely. We recommend scheduling a pre-birth delivery. This will include your first standing order along with any additional items. We won’t come by your home again until we hear from you that you’ve had your baby. Once the baby is born, we will activate your account which means we will automatically come to your home each week for a pick-up and delivery when scheduled.
How do I purchase compostable diapers, wipes and bags?
You can purchase compostable supplies three ways: place your order over the telephone, order at our online boutique or you may purchase at our brick and mortar boutique in Campbell. Compost Diaper Service customers need to have a standing order and purchase a minimum of 4 boxes of diapers per 4-week period.

Can I set up a standing order?
Yes! In fact, this is required if you are on the Compost Diaper Service. Standing orders will be scheduled for delivery every 4 weeks. Changes can be made over the telephone, online using the Diaper Service Changes form, or in our boutique. Customers need to purchase a minimum of 4 boxes of diapers per 4-week period.

Do you have quantity recommendations for standing orders?
Yes! We recommend you order what your projected usage will be for a 4-week period. If you are planning to use compostable diapers exclusively, we recommend a usage plan of:
- Newborn to 12 months - 8 to 10 diapers per day (6 to 8 boxes per month)
- 12 to 24 months - 6 to 8 diapers per day (4 to 6 boxes per months)
If you use compostable wipes, we recommend 2 packages per four-week period. We would recommend you order 1 box of 13 gallon biobags per 4-week period. If you find your needs to be different from our recommendation, it is not a problem to make adjustments to your standing order. Changes to your standing order can conveniently be made online using the Diaper Service Changes form. Compost Diaper Service customers need to purchase a minimum of 4 boxes of diapers per 4-week period.

How do I change my standing order?
You can change your standing order over the telephone, in our boutique or online by using the Diaper Service Changes form. Whenever possible, please make updates to standing orders at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled date of the delivery. Compost Diaper Service customers need to purchase a minimum of 4 boxes of diapers per 4-week period.

Do I need to order by the case in order to receive the case discount?
You need to order four (or more) boxes of the same brand in order to receive the case discount. You can mix sizes within brands. You do not need to order in increments of four. For example, if you order six boxes, you will receive the discount on each box.
What if I need something in addition to my standing order before it is due to come?
Just give us a call or order online and we will drop it off the next time we come by to make a pick-up.

What is the deadline for making changes to my standing order of compostable products?
For changes, please communicate a minimum of 3 working days before your delivery day. This is VERY helpful in producing accuracy and efficiency. Changes can be made over the telephone, in our boutique or online by using the Diaper Service Changes form.
Do I need a compostable bag to put the soiled diapers (and wipes) in prior to pick-up?
Yes, please purchase one of the compostable bag options available and viewable on our website in the Compostable Diaper Service Products department. Set the soiled diapers out in these bags to insure a seamless pick up by our driver.
What should I use to store the soiled diapers in?
We would recommend using a hamper that will hold the 13 gallon bio-bag that the soiled diapers need to be returned in. The Diaper Champ will work and is available through Tiny Tots. Any hamper that has a lid should function well, it doesn’t need to be specifically designed for diapers.
How do I know what compostable products you offer?
We have a dedicated online department called, "Compostable Supplies”. We can only pick up soiled compostable diapers and wipes that you have purchased from Tiny Tots. Compostable supplies
Can I include anything that is compostable with my weekly pick-up?
Yes, as long as you have purchased it through Tiny Tots. It is our responsibility to confirm that the integrity of what we deliver to the compost facility is compostable and this will help us in doing so. Also, the cost of composting is not covered when you purchase compostable products elsewhere.Compostable supplies
What do I do on my pick-up day?
Our drivers begin their routes very early. Please set out your soiled diapers the night before your pick-up day. We suggest you set a weekly reminder in your cell phone to remind you to set the diapers out the night before your pick-up day. All pick-ups must be in the bio-bags available through Tiny Tots. Our drivers will not pick-up other bags. Please confirm only compostable products purchased from Tiny Tots are in the pick-up.

What do I do if I forget to set out my soiled diapers?
You can either bring them in to our Boutique or set out 2 weeks of soiled compost products the following week. We suggest you set a weekly reminder in your cell phone to remind you to set the diapers out the night before your pick-up day. Please make sure and let us know in advance if you do not need a pick-up. Let us know anytime, using the online tool
Can I come to your boutique in Campbell and pick up and deliver my own diapers?
Yes, if you live outside our delivery area, you are more than welcome to set up a diaper service account and make your own pick-up and deliveries. The charges are the same.
